RECOMENDATIONS

FOR STRENGTHENING REINFORCED CONCRETE STRUCTURES OF BUILDINGS AND STRUCTURES

OF RECONSTRUCTED ENTERPRISES

Part 1, ground structures and structures

Gosstroy of the USSR, institutes KHARKIV PROMSTROINIIIPROEKT, NIIZHB (Moscow) and VOROSHILOVGRAD BRANCH NIISP

1985y.

The recommendations contain constructive solutions, calculation of reinforcement structures, features of their design, selection of amplification methods, and safety procedures.

At the level of conceptual designs, numerous reinforcement options for columns, beams, beams, building trusses, floor slabs and coatings, walls, as well as building frames are given.

At the NIIIZhB, research on the subject matter of these recommendations was carried out under the guidance of Doctor of Technical Sciences  V. Klevtsov.

RECOMMENDATIONS

FOR TAKING INTO ACCOUNT DEFECTS OF REINFORCED CONCRETE STRUCTURES

IN DESIGNING RECONSTRUCTION OF BUILDINGS AND STRUCTURES AND WHEN EVALUATING THEIR CONDITION

Gosstroy of the USSR, institutes NIIZHB (Moscow), KHARKIV PROMSTROINIIIPROEKT

1986y.

The recommendations contain the main provisions for accounting for defects in reinforced concrete elements of operated buildings and structures.

The methodology for determining the strength of concrete and reinforcement is given.

A classification of defects and damages, as well as an assessment of their influence on the general condition of structures and the nature of possible destruction, is proposed.

The technique of taking into account the influence of some types of cracks, as well as corrosion of reinforcement on the bearing capacity, is described.

The methodology for assessing the effect of corrosion of concrete, its oiling, removal of part of the cross section, as well as a method for determining the possibility of preservation, restoration or replacement of concrete according to the characteristics of the corrosion state, are considered.

At the NIIIZhB, research on the subject matter of these recommendations was carried out under the guidance of Doctor of Technical Sciences V. Klevtsov.
